Last updated: October 2026.
1. Data protection at a glance
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat it confidentially in accordance with statutory data protection regulations (GDPR) and this privacy policy.

4. Data collection on this website
Cookies: we only use technically necessary cookies, for example to store your cookie choice (“dmh_consent”, valid for 12 months). Optional categories (statistics, external media) are only activated with your consent, which you can change at any time via the cookie settings. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR and, for optional cookies, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
Server log files: the provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us (browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and IP address). This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation of the website).
Visitor statistics: to see which pages are used and to improve our website, we count page views on our own server. For each page view we only store the page, the time, the country (determined by Cloudflare from your IP address), the type of device, the browser and operating system (without version), the browser language, the referring website (domain only) and any campaign codes in the link (utm). We do not store your IP address, set no cookies for this, store nothing on your device and create no user profiles; the data cannot be traced back to you. If you have switched off “Statistics” in the cookie settings, your visits are not counted. The data is deleted after 24 months. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and improving our website).
Fonts: the fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to third-party font servers (e.g. Google) is established.
5. Contact form and requirements generator
When you contact us via a form or by email, we store the data you enter (name, email, organisation, country, phone if provided and your message) in order to process your inquiry and send you an offer.
On some department pages you can use a requirements generator. The answers you give there (e.g. number of trainees, desired equipment, timeline) are only transmitted when you submit the form, together with your contact details, and are used solely to prepare a tailored offer.
To prevent misuse (e.g. mass submissions), we store your IP address, the page you sent the inquiry from and the time together with each inquiry, and limit the number of submissions per IP address and per email address.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and, for misuse prevention, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent, except to the service providers named below.
6. Confirmation emails (Resend)
After you submit an inquiry, you automatically receive a confirmation email at the address you entered, containing a summary of your details; our team receives a notification at the same time.
These emails are sent via the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The provider processes your email address, name and the content of the message solely to deliver the email, on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR) and, where the provider is certified, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliably confirming your inquiry).
7. Hosting
Our website is hosted by: Louis Vallee. The provider processes the data described above on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
8. Content delivery and protection (Cloudflare)
We use the services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to deliver our website faster and to protect it against attacks (e.g. DDoS). All requests to this website are routed through Cloudflare’s servers, which process your IP address, the request data and browser information for this purpose.
Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies (e.g. “__cf_bm”) to distinguish human visitors from bots.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain anonymous statistics on the use of our website (e.g. pages viewed, referring page, country, page load times). Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, stores no data on your device and does not create user profiles; you are not tracked across websites. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and improving our website).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and fast website). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare; Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
9. AI assistant (DeepSeek)
Our website offers an assistant (bottom right) that answers questions about our offer. When you type a question, the text of your question, the previous messages of the conversation and excerpts from our website are sent to the AI service DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., China) to generate the answer. We do not pass on your name, e-mail address or IP address; please do not enter any personal data in the assistant.
DeepSeek processes the data on servers in the People's Republic of China. China is a third country without an adequacy decision of the European Commission; a level of data protection comparable to the EU cannot be guaranteed. The transfer only takes place when you actively use the assistant and send a question.
We do not store the content of the conversation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent by actively sending a question) and, for the transfer to a third country, Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. You can use the website and the assistant's area shortcuts without sending any text.
Voice input: if you use the microphone symbol, your browser converts your speech into text; depending on the browser, the recording is sent to its provider for this purpose (e.g. Google for Chrome, Microsoft for Edge, Apple for Safari). We only receive the recognised text, which is treated like a typed question, plus a technical code showing whether the recognition worked (with the browser type, no content and no IP address). The microphone is only active when you click its symbol; your browser asks for your permission before it is used for the first time. If you ask your question by voice, the answer is read aloud by the speech output of your browser or operating system, which, depending on the voice, may also be processed online by its provider.
10. Processing outside the EU / EEA
Our company is established in Germany, i.e. outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. The European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for this country. The data you send us (e.g. your inquiry) is therefore also processed by us in a third country.
This processing is necessary to answer your inquiry and to carry out pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 49 (1)(b) GDPR). Where we use service providers, the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR).
11. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. Inquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with, unless a contract follows or statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) require longer storage.
12. Your rights
You have the following rights at any time: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as the right to object to processing.
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence.
For any data protection request, please contact us at: [email protected].
13. SSL / TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted connection can be recognised by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
